Shared-Use Trail

The complete proposal for the Shared-Use Trail in the Village of Manchester is complete and is posted for review. The investigating committee headed by DDA Vice-Chairman Ray Berg extensively researched the background and requirements to improve the old Michigan Central Railroad Right-of-Way already owned by the Village.
