Manchester DDA Development Plan

The Development Plan is a 30 year blueprint for the public infrastructure improvement and economic development of Downtown Manchester. The primary funding for these plans is through Tax Increment Financing.

These Plans were adopted by the DDA Board, then enacted by the Village Council on May 18, 2006.
